This role is responsible for financial closing processes, reporting, tax coordination, cash management, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and a background in manufacturing finance.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Exempt position<\/p>\n<p>7am -4 pm, M-F onsite full time<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0$90K-100K plus bonus and fabulous health benefits package + visa sponsorship<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes<\/p>\n<p>Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and trial balance<\/p>\n<p>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP<\/p>\n<p>Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and disbursements<\/p>\n<p>Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate annual audits and serve as primary contact with external auditors<\/p>\n<p>Manage tax-related matters in partnership with external advisors<\/p>\n<p>Perform cost accounting and cost analysis to support operations<\/p>\n<p>Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis<\/p>\n<p>Deliver monthly reporting packages to the parent company<\/p>\n<p>Prepare financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings<\/p>\n<p>Develop and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency<\/p>\n<p>Manage and mentor accounting team members<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field<\/p>\n<p>7\u201310+ years of progressive accounting\/finance experience<\/p>\n<p>Prior experience managing accounting or finance staff<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of full accounting cycle and financial reporting<\/p>\n<p>Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP<\/p>\n<p>Experience supporting audits and tax filings<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred<\/p>\n<p>Cost accounting experience (inventory, product costing, variance analysis) highly preferred<\/p>\n<p>ERP system experience required (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O preferred)<\/p>\n<p>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)<\/p>\n<p>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication skills with both Japanese and English<\/p>\n<p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To apply, please email your resume to xjiang@pasona.com<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25415","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062447\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Japanese leading automotive parts manufacturing company in OH seeks Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our day-to-day accounting operations.
