This role will focus on identifying construction-related hazards, implementing effective risk controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client-specific safety requirements throughout all phases of project execution.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting industrial construction projects involving mechanical systems, piping, electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I), equipment installation, and commissioning activities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and review construction method statements<\/li>\n<li>Identify hazards associated with industrial construction activities including hot work, confined space entry, lifting and rigging, LOTO, electrical work, and work at height<\/li>\n<li>Review construction methods, temporary works, and equipment layouts from a safety perspective<\/li>\n<li>Support constructability and Design-for-Safety (DfS) reviews<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, client HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and project safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain safety documentation, records, and performance reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide safety guidance and technical support to project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel<\/li>\n<li>Support site safety orientations, toolbox talks, and task-specific safety training<\/li>\n<li>Assist during client audits, inspections, and HSE reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of safety engineering or HSE experience within industrial construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Permit-to-Work systems, LOTO, confined space entry, hot work, and work-at-height controls<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CSP, ASP, NEBOSH, or equivalent professional safety certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting EPC, semiconductor, utility, power, water treatment, or industrial construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting pre-commissioning and commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with subcontractors on large construction projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25365","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Safety Engineer (Industrial Construction) - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062493\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Safety Engineer (Industrial Construction) - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Safety Engineer (Industrial Construction) Industry: Semiconductor \/ Industrial Plant Construction Location: Project Site Based (Arizona) Compensation: $100,000 \u2013 $140,000 annually (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
