Depending on experience, the position may be hired at either the Sales Representative or Assistant Manager level.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage existing customer and supplier relationships while identifying new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and expand trading businesses across domestic and international markets<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with logistics and transportation partners to ensure smooth execution of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and support the development of new products, suppliers, and customer channels<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business expansion initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through transaction execution<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings, business development activities, and relationship-building initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, international trading, procurement, or other related commercial functions<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in international trading, cross-border sales, import\/export, distribution, manufacturing, or other globally focused business environments preferred<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of international trade processes and commercial transactions, including trade terms (e.g. FOB, CIF)<\/li>\n<li>Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and flexible approach<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#039;s licence<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an existing vacancy.
