A well-established Japanese company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join its Lifestyle Division in Torrance, CA.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n

Operations & Logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinate import\/export and international trade operations<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination<\/p>\n

\u2022 Track inventory levels and support warehouse operations<\/p>\n

\u2022 Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics providers<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare shipping and customs-related documentation<\/p>\n

Inventory & Supply Chain<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor inventory records and purchasing data<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support procurement activities and product tracking<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with sample inventory management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure timely product movement and delivery<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Systems & Administrative Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Process transactions using SAP and internal systems<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain product and inventory data<\/p>\n

\u2022 Generate operational reports and support data management activities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with payment processing and invoice coordination<\/p>\n

E-Commerce & Business Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support B2B and B2C operations<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with Shopify-based e-commerce activities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with vendors<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n
