Regional Total Rewards Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Regional Total Rewards Manager<\/strong> to lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs across North America.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring internal equity and alignment with organizational goals.<\/p>\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll, and market analysis, as well as experience leading high-performing teams.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Compensation Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to deliver market-competitive compensation solutions<\/li>\n
  • Design and administer programs such as bonus plans, recognition awards, relocation, and company car programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Benefits Strategy & Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Develop and manage health, retirement, and other benefits programs<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations and support union negotiations<\/li>\n
    • Regularly review programs to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Policy & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Maintain compensation and benefits policies aligned with legal and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
      • Oversee employee handbooks (U.S., and support Canada\/Mexico as needed)<\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Communication & Training<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Drive clear communication strategies for total rewards programs<\/li>\n
        • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Vendor & Union Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants<\/li>\n
          • Lead union negotiations related to total rewards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Budget & Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Oversee regional compensation and benefits budgets<\/li>\n
            • Ensure HRIS data integrity and reporting accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Lead and develop compensation, benefits, and payroll teams<\/li>\n
              • Contribute to North America HR Leadership Team strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n<\/hr>\n

                Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)<\/li>\n
                • Certifications such as CCP, CBP, or CEBS<\/strong> are highly desirable<\/li>\n
                • 7\u201310+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or HR leadership<\/li>\n
                • Strong knowledge of U.S., Canada, and Mexico rewards practices and regulations<\/li>\n
                • Proven leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
