Inside Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: sans-serif\">A Japanese electronic components manufacturer is seeking an Administrator &amp; Inside Sales<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Salary : 47K-52K\/year<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Administrative Operation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Order confirmations to customers<\/li>\n<li>Sales order entry<\/li>\n<li>Placing purchase orders to SD Japan<\/li>\n<li>Daily shipment orders to the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Issuing invoices<\/li>\n<li>Accounts receivable recording and cash application<\/li>\n<li>Accounts receivable follow-up for overdue invoices<\/li>\n<li>Accounts payable recording and payments to supplier accounts<\/li>\n<li>Expense reporting<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of accounting-related documents and reporting (preparation of financial statements themselves is outsourced).<\/li>\n<li>Support for bookkeeping (bookkeeping itself is outsourced).<\/li>\n<li>Support for tax-related processes (tax return filing itself is outsourced).<\/li>\n<li>Other accounting- and tax-related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Human Resources<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment agreements, labor-law related matters<\/li>\n<li>Support for recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Support for expatriates (visa, apartments, wage tax, health insurance, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Other HR-related matters (annual holidays, attendance records, sick leave, workers\u2019 accident reports to HQ, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Customer Management<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Report customer FCST, production schedule<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate for leveling production<\/li>\n<li>Supplier portal operation and management (logistics related items)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Office Software<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel (Pivot, vlookup, sumif, others)<\/li>\n<li>Power Point<\/li>\n<li>Word<\/li>\n<li>Cloud tools (Microsoft 365, Space Finder, others)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>General Office Support<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of various documents, work procedures, internal regulations, etc. (prepared in consultation and with relevant parties)<span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Administrator &amp;
