Office Hour: 8:30~17:00<\/span><\/p>\n Supervises: No<\/p>\n Remote Work Capable: Yes, Hybrid (Tue and Wed working in the office)<\/p>\n Required Language: Japanese and English<\/p>\n Salary: $83,000 – $90,300<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Academic Skills\/Knowledge\/Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Education & Basic Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n – Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.<\/p>\n -Ability to quickly acquire and apply technical knowledge related to semiconductor manufacturing processes and ceramic material properties.<\/p>\n -Capacity to understand quality assurance standards and change management protocols.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Professional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n -2+ years of increasingly responsible sales or account management experience, preferably in the SPE (Semiconductor Production Equipment) or related technology markets.<\/p>\n -Proven experience in managing customer projects with high accountability, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are strictly met.<\/p>\n -Experience in sales operations via customer-specific platforms, including EDI systems, order entry, and demand forecasting.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Languages & Software Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n -Proficiently communicate in writing and verbally using both English and Japanese languages.<\/p>\n -Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.<\/p>\n -Ability to work independently with self-motivation, while collaborating effectively as part of a global team.<\/p>\n -Valid driver\u2019s license and an acceptable driving record.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n -Frequent domestic and international travel is required to visit customers and manufacturing sites.<\/p>\n -Occasional weekend work and availability outside of standard business hours may be required to coordinate with global teams.<\/p>\n -Frequent sitting and extensive use of a computer, monitor, and keyboard for data management and video conferencing.<\/p>\n -Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, such as product samples, trade show materials, or business equipment.<\/p>\n -Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods to visit customer locations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n Account Management & Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n -Achieve assigned sales targets for company products through proactive account management and lead price negotiations to ensure competitive positioning and profit margins.<\/p>\n -Take full ownership of customer projects and end-to-end sales operations, including EDI, order entry, and demand forecasting, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met with high accountability.<\/p>\n -Act as the primary liaison between customers and global sites to coordinate quality and change management processes (DMR\/SNF), ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.<\/p>\n -Identify future product applications and technical requirements while monitoring competitive market information to support internal business strategies and professional customer presentations.<\/p>\n -Apply strong problem-solving skills to complex business challenges with a proactive desire to develop leadership capabilities and transition into a future management or supervisory role.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Business Development & Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n -Identify future customer product applications and technical requirements, actively communicating findings to the SPE team and company personnel.<\/p>\n -Monitor and communicate competitive market information obtained from customers or industry sources to the appropriate internal teams.<\/p>\n -Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers to promote company products and services.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Compliance & Other Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n -Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, J-Sox, and safety-related protocols.<\/p>\n -Comply with all applicable Antitrust and Competition Laws, ensuring all business activities are conducted fairly and ethically.<\/p>\n -Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) regarding both company and customer data.<\/p>\n -Perform miscellaneous tasks and special projects assigned by the Manager or senior leadership.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Supervisory Controls:<\/strong><\/p>\n -Reports to: Manager or above.<\/p>\n -Nature of Supervision: Work is performed with considerable independence under general supervision.
