The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can optimize existing operations while identifying and building new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The position works closely with executive leadership and offers significant visibility and influence within the organization.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams<\/li>\n<li>Expand existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Drive digital marketing initiatives, including web marketing and e-commerce strategies<\/li>\n<li>Improve sales operations, KPIs, CRM utilization, and reporting processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop pricing strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and organizational growth<\/li>\n<li>Support new business development initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries:\n<ul>\n<li>Metals<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Industrial products<\/li>\n<li>Materials distribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading and growing a sales organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and executing business growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of digital marketing and\/or e-commerce initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business-level Japanese language skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in business development or launching new initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Management experience in small to mid-sized business environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with executive leadership<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented leader who can balance operational excellence with future growth initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary based on experience<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based incentive opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for career growth within an international organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a rare opportunity to join a stable yet evolving company at a pivotal stage of growth.
