The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening operational infrastructure, and driving long-term business performance.<\/p>\n<h3>What You&#039;ll Do<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Strategic Financial Leadership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enhance governance, internal controls, and financial policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Multi-Entity Financial Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, and financial operations across multiple legal entities and investment structures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Manage consolidated reporting for domestic and international stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with U.S. accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Real Estate &amp; Investment Finance<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing activities, and development projects.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial modeling, investment performance analysis, and capital allocation decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage investor reporting and distribution processes for real estate investment vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Corporate Development &amp; M&amp;A<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and strategic investments.<\/li>\n<li>Assess financial, operational, and tax risks associated with transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive post-acquisition integration efforts, including financial systems, controls, and reporting structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor accounting and finance professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve business processes and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Growth &amp;
