An established international real estate investment and asset management organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on\u00a0Chief Financial Officer (CFO)<\/strong>\u00a0to lead its U.S. finance organization during a period of significant growth and expansion.<\/p>\n

This executive leadership role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multi-entity operations, support new market expansion initiatives, lead M&A activities, and partner closely with senior executives across North America and Asia. What You'll Do<\/h3>\n

Strategic Financial Leadership<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Multi-Entity Financial Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, and financial operations across multiple legal entities and investment structures.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Manage consolidated reporting for domestic and international stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain compliance with U.S. accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Real Estate & Investment Finance<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing activities, and development projects.<\/li>\n
      • Oversee financial modeling, investment performance analysis, and capital allocation decisions.<\/li>\n
      • Manage investor reporting and distribution processes for real estate investment vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Corporate Development & M&A<\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and strategic investments.<\/li>\n
        • Assess financial, operational, and tax risks associated with transactions.<\/li>\n
        • Drive post-acquisition integration efforts, including financial systems, controls, and reporting structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Leadership & Team Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          • Lead and mentor accounting and finance professionals.<\/li>\n
          • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
          • Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve business processes and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Growth & Expansion Initiatives<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            • Support expansion into new geographic markets and business ventures.<\/li>\n
            • Establish scalable financial infrastructure and reporting frameworks.<\/li>\n

              What We're Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n

              Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n
              • 15+ years of progressive finance, accounting, audit, or corporate finance experience.<\/li>\n
              • working experience in real estate industry<\/li>\n
              • Executive-level leadership experience overseeing multi-entity financial operations.<\/li>\n
              • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate governance practices.<\/li>\n
              • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial planning.<\/li>\n
              • Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • CPA designation strongly preferred.<\/li>\n
                • Experience within real estate, private equity, investment management, or asset management sectors.<\/li>\n
                • Exposure to international organizations and cross-border reporting environments.<\/li>\n
                • Experience supporting M&A transactions and integration activities.<\/li>\n
                • Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
