This role will serve as a key communication bridge between Japanese expatriates and local employees while supporting production, engineering, and construction teams through accurate translations, interpretation, and technical coordination.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Breakdown of Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>70% Translation &amp; Interpretation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate business, technical, and administrative documents between Japanese and English<\/li>\n<li>Interpret meetings, conference calls, and daily communications between Japanese and local staff<\/li>\n<li>Translate emails, reports, manuals, policies, presentations, contracts, and other business documents<\/li>\n<li>Review and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality<\/li>\n<li>Maintain terminology databases and translation memory tools<\/li>\n<li>Conduct terminology and linguistic research as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>30% Production &amp;
