Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of B2B wholesale orders<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers (LTL, FTL, and parcel services)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor compliance with customer shipping, labeling, and packaging requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage warehouse activities and inventory<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist in developing and improving warehouse procedures and operational processes<\/p>\n
\u2022 Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff<\/p>\n
\u2022 Promote workplace safety and operational efficiency<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve service levels<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and warehouse operations<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification<\/p>\n
