Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Meet the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients in the designated areas\/regions; visit customers to provide support, share information, and sell the Company's products.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify and explore potential new clients through various methods, including networking, referrals and cold calls.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct market research, develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Collect past due payments from customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport; troubleshoot product-related issues and handle complaints; resolve them in a timely manner and escalate to the management as needed.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Collaborate with purchasing department, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Travel to other locations to meet with clients as needed.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Input and update orders within the Company database in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain and safely operate the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Participate in the weekly sales meetings.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Obligation to answer to all management as requested.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to drive for extended periods of time.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to sit in a car for extend periods of time.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to travel within or outside of Atlanta as needed.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to talk, hear, walk, stand, smell, taste, reach, bend, kneel, and lift and\/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Working Conditions<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Noise Level: Normal to loud\u00a0<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Location: Indoor in the office and at least 50% of the time in the field visiting customers, restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, etc.<\/p>\n

Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level English and Chinese bilingual ability is required.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level Japanese is preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a valid driver license and a clean driving record.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to stay overnight out of town for client visits, as required.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to work independently and as a team.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0High school diploma required; Associate degree and above strongly preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of 2 years of experience in preferably in Japanese food industry.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in Japanese restaurant business is a plus.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Possess basic mathematical knowledge such as markups, discounts, counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Business Central is highly preferred.<\/p>\n
