With decades of experience and international operations, the company continues to expand while maintaining a reputation for reliability and excellence.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position is primarily responsible for maintaining productive relationships with the company&#039;s existing customers from a sales and service perspective. Works closely with all departments to resolve customer issues and facilitate related activities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as primary sales communication window for customers, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, follow up on accounts receivables, and understand customer needs &#8212; be the voice of the customer internally, driving internal actions.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with quality, engineering, accounting and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and other commercial related decisions\/activities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the core principles and essential concepts behind Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).<\/li>\n<li>Understand the integration of APQP\/PPAP with core quality tools like QFD, FMEA, and Control Plans.<\/li>\n<li>Learn to identify APQP\/PPAP methodologies in new product development, aligning practices with industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize the specific roles and contributions within an organization concerning APQP and PPAP adherence.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships by understanding customer current and future needs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations and commercial price negotiations with management direction and strategy, based on incoming RFQ\u2019s\/online portals, ensure customer requirements concur with negotiated delivery dates, and are aligned with customer service firm and forecasted information.<\/li>\n<li>Follow customer changes while facilitating price negotiations and assisting customer service with volumes, forecasting, critical delivery issues, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Plan customer visits, both current and potential to manage needs and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and compile sales-related data (sales, sales plans, etc.) and customer submission materials (presentations, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Market research as needed to identify new customers, industry trends, competitive analysis, etc. Market knowledge of automotive and residential A\/C markets a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Prefer Degree in a related Engineering\/Technical field<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 4- 5 years\u2019 experience <strong>in automotive parts manufacturing industry sales, material control and\/or purchasing functions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ERP knowledge, Six Sigma processes.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Communication &amp; Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25181","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Sales Representative - Automotive Parts - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062347\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Sales Representative - Automotive Parts - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position: Customer Serrvice\/Sales Specialist &#8211; Automotive Parts Location: Dallas, TX Work Style: Onsite Work Hours: 8:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm Salary Range: Base 75,000-85,000\/year Company\uff1a A long-established Japanese Tier II Auto Parts manufacturer with a strong global presence, dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.
