This role serves as a key liaison between customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment execution.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels, perform reconciliations, and identify potential shortages<\/li>\n<li>Process customer orders and provide timely status updates<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers, warehouses, and transportation providers to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage shipping, customs, and transportation documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<li>Review freight options and transportation costs to support cost-effective logistics planning<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate shipment records and ERP system data<\/li>\n<li>Support customer invoicing processes and ensure billing accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve logistics, delivery, and customer service issues<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized documentation to support audits and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, order processing, or administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with transportation, inventory management, and shipping processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP or order management systems (SAP or similar platforms preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language skill and\/or experience with Japanese companies are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a sample job description intended for recruitment advertising purposes.
