We are seeking a hands-on and business-oriented Finance & Accounting manager to join the company's North American organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will be responsible for leading core accounting operations while establishing and enhancing FP&A capabilities to support the company\u2019s continued growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen and has the ability to operate as a player-coach\u2014personally driving critical accounting processes while building scalable financial planning and performance management frameworks.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Accounting & Financial Reporting<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the U.S. operations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to headquarters and management teams<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support cash management and treasury-related activities as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Audit & Tax Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Coordinate and manage annual audits, tax filings, and compliance-related projects<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory, financial, and corporate governance requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      FP&A & Performance Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning processes<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Design and implement KPI reporting frameworks to support business performance monitoring<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Build and enhance forecasting models for inventory management, cash flow, and working capital<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Support executive decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business performance evaluation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Act as a trusted business partner to the VP of Finance and senior leadership team<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve financial visibility and operational performance<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, advisory, consulting, or related functions<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Experience leading audits and managing external advisors<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI management<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Hands-on, player-coach mentality with the willingness to operate both strategically and tactically<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preferred:<\/strong>\ufeff<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Background in advisory, transaction services, accounting advisory, or management consulting<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Experience transitioning from accounting into FP&A or business finance roles<\/span><\/li>\n
            • CPA, US CPA, or equivalent accounting certification<\/span><\/li>\n
