Depending on business needs, multiple hires may be considered, with each role focusing on a specific product domain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">2. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Identify and develop new business opportunities in North America, particularly within optical materials \/ photonics industries or audio, sensing, and device-related industries<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing commercial and technical support<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Present and explain assigned products, including optical adhesives, high-refractive-index resins, optical connector\u2013related solutions, or Intelligent Microphone (i<\/span>\u2011<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Mic)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Collect customer requirements and market feedback and communicate them effectively to the Japan headquarters<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Prepare quotations, conduct price negotiations, and support contract-related processes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">3. Required Qualification<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">s<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Business-level proficiency in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, electronic components, optical products or audio \/ sensing\u2013related products<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Ability to work independently and proactively manage sales activities<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license for customer visits<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">4.
