A growing software company based in Irvine, California is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer<\/strong> to help expand and evolve a modern B2B customer support and ticketing platform primarily serving Japanese business customers.<\/p>\n

The Role<\/h1>\n

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer<\/strong> with strong frontend expertise to help build and scale a modern SaaS platform. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on React + TypeScript frontend development<\/strong>, while also contributing to backend APIs and platform architecture as needed.<\/p>\n

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences and technical solutions.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/h1>\n
    \n
  • Modernize and scale a React + TypeScript application while improving architecture and code quality<\/li>\n
  • Build and expand a reusable UI component library using MUI<\/li>\n
  • Design and improve frontend state management and data-fetching architecture<\/li>\n
  • Drive frontend performance improvements including code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and optimization<\/li>\n
  • Develop responsive and polished user experiences across devices and screen sizes<\/li>\n
  • Deliver full-stack features from backend APIs through frontend implementation<\/li>\n
  • Improve and maintain backend services including REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, background workers, and scheduled jobs<\/li>\n
  • Establish engineering best practices, code review standards, and scalable development patterns<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Qualifications<\/h1>\n
              \n
            • 7+ years of software engineering experience<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong recent experience with React and TypeScript- You have led and taken ownership of complex React applications, not just contributed as part of a larger team.<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Deep understanding of modern React concepts<\/strong> including:\n
                \n
              • Hooks, Suspense, Code splitting, Lazy loading, Performance optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Strong experience with frontend state management and caching strategies<\/li>\n
              • Experience modernizing and scaling production applications<\/li>\n
              • Solid understanding of responsive UI development and modern CSS<\/li>\n
              • Experience building accessible and polished user interfaces<\/li>\n
              • Full-stack development experience including backend development with Node.js or similar technologies<\/li>\n
              • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL<\/li>\n
              • Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/li>\n
              • Ability to work independently within a small agile team<\/li>\n
              • Business-level English communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Preferred Qualifications<\/h1>\n
                  \n
                • Experience with GraphQL (Apollo, urql, etc.) or tRPC<\/li>\n
                • Experience with Bun, Hono, or modern JavaScript runtimes\/frameworks<\/li>\n
                • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Meilisearch, or vector databases<\/li>\n
                • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes<\/li>\n
                • Experience building or maintaining design systems\/component libraries<\/li>\n
                • Familiarity with TipTap or ProseMirror<\/li>\n
                • React Native or mobile development experience<\/li>\n
                • Experience working on SaaS, B2B, or ticketing\/support platforms<\/li>\n
                • Japanese language skills are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
