This is an exciting opportunity to join a company during its early growth stage and play a key role in expanding market presence and building long-term customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Business Development Manager will lead <strong>new business development activities<\/strong> and drive strategic customer engagement across multiple industries.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a highly motivated and self-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2B consultative sales, particularly within manufacturing and OEM environments.  This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion<\/li>\n<li>Identify, pursue, and secure new customer opportunities within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, venture technology, and OEM industries<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, management, and executive-level decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer challenges and coordinate internally to provide value-added solutions and customized proposals<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and closing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate daily activity reports, CRM updates, sales forecasts, pipeline management, and follow-up tracking<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and business development events as needed<\/li>\n<li>Travel regularly to customer sites and maintain flexibility to support evolving business needs<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams while operating effectively in a fast-paced startup environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3><strong>Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in Manufacturing, Industrial materials, Chemical materials, Technical products, OEM sales environments, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in new business development and customer acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and reporting discipline with the ability to consistently manage daily sales reporting activities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment including daily reporting<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with frequent travel and changing business priorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a 4-year accredited university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience selling chemical materials, industrial materials, coatings, adhesives, or related technical products<\/li>\n<li>Existing network within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or OEM manufacturing industries<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within startup-stage or rapidly growing organizations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering and business teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Salary ranage:  $100-130K + Bonus<\/li>\n<li>Competitive benefit pacakgec including Health insurance, 401K and more <\/li>\n<li>Flexible remote work environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization<\/li>\n<li>Long-term career growth potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25136","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
