We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and closing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory accounting with the ability to handle high-volume transactions and complex inventory activities and Tech Savvy as the company integrate to a new system. The candidate should also be tech-savvy and adaptable, as the company is currently integrating a new system.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger accounts<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor cash flow, AP\/AR aging, and resolve discrepancies<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage inventory accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reconciliation<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate reporting of inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support financial reporting and variance analysis<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with audits and tax-related filings<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      -Inventory-heavy businesses<\/span><\/p>\n

      -Parts sourcing, trading, or manufacturing environments<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Strong knowledge of general accounting, AP\/AR, and financial reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with inventory accounting<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Microsoft Excel<\/span><\/li>\n
