This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys solving problems, working with advanced technology, and supporting customers in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Candidates with semiconductor equipment, vacuum systems, maintenance, robotics, or manufacturing equipment experience are encouraged to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Install, maintain, inspect, and calibrate semiconductor equipment at customer sites<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support equipment installations and system upgrades<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend replacement parts when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate technical issues with headquarters and support teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide technical support and assistance to other technicians<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Participate in customer support activities including on-call support when necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing equipment, vacuum systems, or maintenance support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) equipment experience is highly preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience with robotics or multi-chamber systems is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Field Service Engineer or Technician experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Basic knowledge of PLC or related software systems is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to work independently after training<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Associate<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s or Bachelor<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s degree in Engineering or related field preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Japanese-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Primarily work in cleanroom environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Cleanroom suit, facemask, gloves, and safety glasses required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Position requires standing, walking, lifting equipment, and occasional ladder\/stair climbing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Domestic travel up to approximately 25%;
