United States \/ North America<\/p>\n<p>&#127981; Global Manufacturing Company<\/p>\n<h2>Lead Financial Transformation Across North America<\/h2>\n<p>A global manufacturing organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on <strong>Regional Controller<\/strong> to lead financial management, operational performance, and business process standardization across North American operations in the U.S. and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>This high-impact leadership role partners closely with executive leadership and global headquarters to strengthen profitability, improve financial visibility, and drive operational excellence through ERP and digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys building scalable systems, improving business performance, and leading cross-functional initiatives.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Financial Strategy &amp; Business Performance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead financial consolidation and performance analysis across multiple North American entities<\/li>\n<li>Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage KPIs related to profitability, inventory, cost, cash flow, and operational performance<\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cost Accounting &amp; Profitability Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage program and project profitability from quotation through production<\/li>\n<li>Analyze standard cost vs. actual performance and implement corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Partner with manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to improve margins<\/li>\n<li>Conduct plant-level and product-level profitability analysis<\/li>\n<li>Align operational KPIs with financial outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ERP &amp; Business Process Standardization<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead ERP process standardization across multiple sites<\/li>\n<li>Improve master data governance and reporting consistency<\/li>\n<li>Enhance data visibility, dashboarding, and analytics capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT\/IS teams and external vendors on system improvements<\/li>\n<li>Drive digital transformation initiatives supporting operational excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Global Reporting &amp; Executive Communication<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for global headquarters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and integrity of consolidated financial data<\/li>\n<li>Present business performance analysis and improvement initiatives to senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong communication and collaboration with global stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Audit, Compliance &amp; Governance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead external audit coordination and support internal audit activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable financial standards<\/li>\n<li>Improve financial controls, reporting accuracy, and governance processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Organizational &amp;
