{"id":25102,"date":"2026-05-21T17:16:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T17:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062286\/"},"modified":"2026-06-22T18:24:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T18:24:02","slug":"062286","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062286\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Japanese company is seeking a HR Assistant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Huntsville, AL<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay rate:<\/strong>\u00a0$22\/hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Full-time, On-site<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The HR Assistant has primarily following responsibilities and authorities for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Daily Time and Attendance Entry for Employees and Dispatch Staff.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ADP Payment Entry.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Insurance Setup and Renewal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoice Summary.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Performing any other projects specified by Administrative manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting to the Administrative Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>HOURS AND PROVISIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Hours are 7:00 am \u2013 4:00 pm. <em>Some flexibility required.
