This role sets sales targets, coaches the sales team, fosters customer relationships, and coordinates with other departments to drive business growth.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales Leadership &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Set monthly and annual sales quotas for the sales team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned departmental targets.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee sales of products with limited availability to maximize profits.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Research market trends and attend trade shows to identify new product and business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Development &amp; Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the Sales Department.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supervise and oversee daily workflow of sales staff to ensure understanding of duties and tasks.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and ongoing training to promote performance and development.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that sales staff adhere to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Organize and lead sales meetings.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate with other departments to maximize the company profits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer &amp; Vendor Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist sales staff with account strategies, proposals, negotiations, and marketing plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain strong customer relationships by promoting customer satisfaction and long-lasting rapport.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Act as a resource to staff in handling contract opportunities, closing sales, and troubleshooting product issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Communicate with the Purchasing Department to forecast product shortages and ensure alignment on inventory availability.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Work with Marketing to develop and maintain a customer database to support sales growth and market share expansion.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining high levels of customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Compliance &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attend semiannual inventory counts, which may be scheduled on weekends.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain and safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with the Company Vehicle Policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attend company events and functions outside of normal working hours, as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to sit in an office setting for the majority of the day<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to type for extended periods throughout the day<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Working Conditions &#8211; Noise Level: Normal to loud while in the office<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level English required &#8211; Read\/write\/speak\/listen<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level Korean or Chinese preferred &#8211; Read\/write\/speak\/listen<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to work weekends, holidays, and afterhours as needed for Company and department related events<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a valid driver&#039;s license and a clean driving record.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a positive attitude.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0High School Diploma required.
