{"id":25073,"date":"2026-05-19T20:46:39","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T20:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062209\/"},"modified":"2026-05-19T20:46:39","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T20:46:39","slug":"062209","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062209\/","title":{"rendered":"EHS Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Industry: Semiconductor \/ Technology Equipment<\/p>\n<p>Flexible work options: Hybrid work environment based on business needs<\/p>\n<p>Location: Hybrid \u2013 Austin\/Taylor, Texas<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of EHS experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and safety management software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel as needed, including occasional weekend support<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform physical site inspections<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift or move up to 100+ pounds using equipment such as dollies<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in manufacturing, construction, consulting, or other high-risk environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or other advanced EHS certifications<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ISO 45001 or similar safety management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and customer-specific safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and hazard assessments<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks and recommend corrective actions and process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver employee safety training programs<\/li>\n<li>Track safety metrics, training completion, and incident trends<\/li>\n<li>Investigate accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for management, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership, employees, auditors, and regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace safety culture<\/li>\n<li>Promote employee engagement and proactive safety awareness<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties and projects by management as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25073","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
