This role will be responsible for HR operations, payroll support, office administration, procurement\/logistics coordination, and cross-functional support for engineering and service teams.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<p>Industry: Semiconductor \/ Technology Equipment<\/p>\n<p>Location: In-Office<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in human resources and office administration<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits administration<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment regularly<\/li>\n<li>Local travel by car may occasionally be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer employee benefits programs including 401(k), medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and paid time off<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll accuracy and coordinate payroll processing<\/li>\n<li>Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters<\/li>\n<li>Support immigration coordination and related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare employment-related reports, filings, and tax documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate background screenings and customer registration processes for service engineers<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee attendance, overtime, vacation, and sick leave tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Office Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support daily office operations and administrative workflow improvements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office equipment, supplies, records, and filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accounting-related data entry and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate contracts and vendor services including insurance and corporate service providers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and documentation for government and insurance agencies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities between departments and support internal communication<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and apply company policies and applicable regulations<\/li>\n<li>Support legal and compliance-related administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procurement &amp;
