Customer Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Process quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and return requests using an ERP system<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support customers by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate with internal engineering and sales teams regarding customer requests and product information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track orders, delivery schedules, and sales activities to ensure smooth operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare reports related to sales performance, bookings, and customer activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to business growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Assist with incoming phone calls and administrative support as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Sales Operations Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Create and update customer accounts and sales records<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support order entry, invoicing, and documentation management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide account activity updates and sales-related information to management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Material Control &amp;
