resolves issues in a timely manner and escalates to the management as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Travels to other locations to meet with clients as needed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Educates customers on how the products or services can benefit them.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Inputs and updates orders within the Company database in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Participates in the weekly sales meetings.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to travel within or outside of Illinois as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to talk, hear, walk, stand, smell, taste, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 40 pounds occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Working Conditions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Working Conditions<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Noise Level: Normal to loud\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Location: Indoor in the office or at customer sites (restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, etc.), travelling<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level English and Chinese bilingual is highly preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Business level Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or other Asian language is considered.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintains a valid driver\u2019s license and a clean driving record.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintains a positive attitude.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to work independently and as a team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0High school diploma required;
