This temporary position will play a key role in coordinating survey outreach efforts, maintaining communication with participating companies, and providing administrative support throughout the project period.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Organize and maintain survey target company lists and related records<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct outreach to companies via email and phone to encourage survey participation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Respond to participant inquiries and provide basic support throughout the survey process<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist with survey project administration, tracking, and reporting<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support occasional company visits or meetings, if required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Japanese language proficiency required<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ufeffAdditional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Training and onboarding support will be provided.
