The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities to grow revenue.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow existing customer accounts within CASE and industrial plastics markets<\/li>\n<li>Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams including R&amp;D, sales, and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in specialty chemical technical sales<\/li>\n<li>Experience in CASE and\/or industrial plastic compounds preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude with ability to discuss formulations and applications<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision \/ Dynamics NAV is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Background<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>R&amp;D experience combined with technical sales<\/li>\n<li>Existing industry network within coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, or plastics markets<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing or specialty chemical distribution experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation &amp;
