This is a hands-on hybrid role that combines electrical engineering responsibilities with industrial automation and controls expertise.<\/p>\n<p>The engineer will participate throughout the full project lifecycle, including electrical design, panel assembly, PLC\/HMI programming, commissioning, onsite installation, debugging, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automation systems, robot integration, and electrical controls in manufacturing environments.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Design detailed electrical wiring diagrams and circuits using AutoCAD<\/li>\n<li>Select electrical components required for automation projects<\/li>\n<li>Perform hardwiring, panel assembly, and field installation of electrical and control systems<\/li>\n<li>Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs to meet customer requirements and sequencing standards<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain communication between robots, welders, and safety systems using hardwiring and industrial communication protocols such as:\n<ul>\n<li>CC-LINK<\/li>\n<li>DeviceNet<\/li>\n<li>CompoBus<\/li>\n<li>CompoNet<\/li>\n<li>ProfiBus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support system startup, commissioning, debugging, and equipment validation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation for wiring, configurations, and control programs<\/li>\n<li>Provide onsite installation and technical support (approximately 20% travel currently)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u201310 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical engineering<\/li>\n<li>Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot electrical and automation systems effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with FANUC, Yaskawa, or Motoman robots is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Technical Skills<\/h2>\n<p>Experience with one or more of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mitsubishi PLC<\/li>\n<li>Omron PLC<\/li>\n<li>Allen-Bradley PLC<\/li>\n<li>Siemens PLC<\/li>\n<li>HMI configuration and industrial automation systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Equivalent hands-on experience and technical training will also be considered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25044","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25044","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25044"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25044"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25044"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
