{"id":25019,"date":"2026-05-14T15:47:18","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T15:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062181\/"},"modified":"2026-06-11T14:26:05","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T14:26:05","slug":"062181","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062181\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior RF Design Engineer &#8211; Automotive Tier One Supplier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Senior RF Design Engineer \u2013 Automotive Tier 1 Supplier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Novi, Michigan (Hybrid\/Flexible Schedule)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A global Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in advanced vehicle connectivity, antenna systems, and RF technologies is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to join its RF Engineering Team.<\/p>\n<p>This organization works directly with leading automotive OEMs to develop next-generation vehicle communication systems supporting connected, autonomous, and smart mobility technologies.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design and develop advanced automotive RF and antenna systems for future vehicle applications<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support product development activities including AM\/FM, GNSS\/GPS, Cellular, SDARS, V2X, and keyless entry systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform RF simulations, prototype development, testing, and validation activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design RF circuits, amplifiers, PCB layouts, and antenna systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct RF bench, range, and vehicle-level testing<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional engineering teams<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lead technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support APQP, DFMEA, DVP&amp;R, BOM management, and engineering release activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Mentor junior RF engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 BS\/MS\/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 5\u201310 years of automotive RF\/antenna engineering experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong experience with RF simulation and antenna development tools such as CST, HFSS, or similar<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Background in RF circuit design, PCB layout, and amplifier development<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience developing and testing automotive antenna systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, and automotive product development processes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong communication and customer-facing technical leadership skills<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25019","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25019","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25019"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25019"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25019"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
