Sales & Marketing Representative<\/h1>\n

About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth across the electronics and components industry. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with international engineering teams.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for developing customer accounts, understanding market needs, and driving sales growth for innovative electronic components and solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sales & Business Development<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Promote and support electronic component products including LEDs and tactile switches<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking<\/li>\n
  • Expand customer base by introducing new products and solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer & Market Support<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Understand customer needs and communicate technical requirements to engineering teams<\/li>\n
    • Provide creative ideas and product solutions to customers<\/li>\n
    • Conduct market research and analyze customer demand trends<\/li>\n
    • Support customers throughout the sales cycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Communication & Collaboration<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Coordinate closely with overseas engineering and business teams<\/li>\n
      • Participate in regular team meetings and provide project updates<\/li>\n
      • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate communication records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Travel Requirements<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Domestic travel primarily within the West Coast region including Los Angeles and Seattle<\/li>\n
        • Occasional international travel depending on project requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Experience in sales, account management, or marketing within electronics or related industries<\/li>\n
          • Strong communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n
          • Ability to build long-term customer relationships<\/li>\n
          • Self-motivated with strong business development skills<\/li>\n
          • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Experience with electronic components or technical products<\/li>\n
            • Japanese language ability is a plus<\/li>\n
            • Experience working with overseas teams or clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
