We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Coordinator<\/strong> who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges through technology and automation. This role is ideal for someone who loves building practical solutions, improving workflows, and supporting multiple business functions with a hands-on mindset.<\/p>\n

You won\u2019t just manage processes \u2014 you\u2019ll improve them. From automating repetitive tasks to organizing data and building scalable SOPs, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the company.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Serve as a key operational and technical support resource for multiple departments including Acquisition, Make Ready, Administration, and more<\/li>\n
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a dynamic business environment<\/li>\n
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Automation & Technical Solutions<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Design and implement automation tools using Python and\/or Google Apps Script (GAS)<\/li>\n
    • Reduce manual work by streamlining operational tasks and reporting processes<\/li>\n
    • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to improve scripting, research, and productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Reporting & Communication<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Proactively communicate project status, roadblocks, and progress updates to stakeholders<\/li>\n
      • Take ownership of assignments and deliver solutions with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
      • Maintain high visibility and accountability across ongoing initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Documentation & Data Integrity<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Create and maintain detailed SOPs and process documentation<\/li>\n
        • Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data and reporting<\/li>\n
        • Conduct self-QA on scripts, automations, and datasets to maintain reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • 1\u20133+ years of experience in:\n
                \n
              • Business operations<\/li>\n
              • Technical support<\/li>\n
              • Systems coordination<\/li>\n
              • Process improvement<\/li>\n
              • Application development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Experience with:\n
                  \n
                • Python<\/li>\n
                • Google Apps Script (GAS)<\/li>\n
                • SQL \/ BigQuery<\/li>\n
                • Workflow automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
