Position Summary<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to support order management, logistics coordination, and OEM customer account operations. This position will serve as a key liaison among customers, internal departments, and manufacturing sites in Japan to ensure smooth order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and efficient supply chain operations.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

1. Sales Administration & Order Management<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)<\/li>\n
  • Process sales transactions and issue customer invoices<\/li>\n
  • Review and process customer POs through customer systems and portals, including PO acknowledgment<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate order and customer records in ERP\/customer systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Delivery & Demand Planning Coordination<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with factories, primarily in Japan<\/li>\n
    • Adjust shipment schedules based on customer required dates (Need Date)<\/li>\n
    • Support forecast-based purchasing and inventory planning<\/li>\n
    • Monitor order status and proactively communicate schedule changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Shipping & Logistics Operations<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Arrange domestic and international shipments<\/li>\n
      • Track inbound\/outbound shipments and manage logistics activities, including import\/export coordination<\/li>\n
      • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with headquarters in Japan<\/li>\n
      • Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. OEM Customer Account Support<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Support management of OEM customer accounts, especially key accounts<\/li>\n
        • Monitor customer portals for demand forecasts and PO management<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate customer requests related to shipments, delivery schedules, and invoicing<\/li>\n
        • Maintain strong customer communication and ensure high service levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Cross-Functional Coordination<\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Act as a liaison between Japanese factories and overseas customers regarding procurement, delivery schedules, and shipping matters<\/li>\n
          • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Logistics<\/li>\n
          • Support smooth communication and issue resolution among all stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Experience in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain coordination<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and import\/export processes preferred<\/li>\n
            • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n
            • Excellent communication and coordination abilities<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems<\/li>\n
            • Japanese language skills is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
