The role serves as a key liaison between Japanese enterprises and management of a global automotive parts manufacturer<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist the Vice President with the development and coordination of new business opportunities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to support business growth<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate new business opportunities through the manufacturing stage<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals while ensuring profitability goals are met<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Negotiate pricing and business opportunities with customers and suppliers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communicate with the parent company and offshore suppliers\/customers, translating information for U.S. management as needed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate sales and purchasing activities with domestic and offshore customers and vendors<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop project timelines and monitor progress to ensure successful launches<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work with internal departments to support new product launch activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare business forecasts and support cost analysis and pricing activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide timely updates regarding orders, schedule changes, and customer requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Serve as a technical interpreter between Japanese enterprises and CAPCO U.S. management<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Travel to customer, supplier, and parent company locations as required<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum two (2) years of experience in OEM automotive parts sales<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bilingual in English and Japanese<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Familiarity with CAD\/CAM systems preferred<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to read and interpret blueprints at a conceptual level<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Approximately 50% travel, including international travel<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24924","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Sales Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062171\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Sales Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position Summary This position supports the Vice President in developing and coordinating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the parent company.
