This role is responsible for coordinating promotional campaigns, managing merchandise planning, and supporting partnerships and licensing-related projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Promotion &amp; Project Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support the execution of multiple promotional and new business initiatives <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Identify and escalate risks or delays when necessary <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Merchandise Planning &amp; Purchasing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Source and select promotional products aligned with campaign themes and trends <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Evaluate product quality, pricing, and vendor reliability <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Cross-functional Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Act as a liaison between departments such as marketing, operations, and finance <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate promotion details, timelines, and updates clearly <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ensure alignment across all teams involved in campaigns <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Vendor &amp; Budget Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain relationships with vendors and identify new supplier opportunities <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage purchase orders, budgets, and invoices <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track sales performance and prepare reports <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Data Analysis &amp;
