About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead and transform our U.S. commercial operations within the printing and industrial consumables sector. This high-impact leadership role oversees a multi-entity sales organization, including both direct sales teams and a nationwide distributor network.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in accelerating growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performance sales culture within a business that offers strong product reputation and significant upside potential.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Strategic Leadership & Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Drive 5\u201310% annual revenue growth while maintaining profitability<\/li>\n
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments (e.g., large-scale printing companies)<\/li>\n
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align U.S. strategy with broader business objectives<\/li>\n
  • Assess organizational capabilities and address gaps to support growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Direct Sales Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Lead, develop, and manage a team of 5+ sales professionals across multiple regions<\/li>\n
    • Establish and track KPIs (pipeline activity, customer visits, win rates, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans<\/li>\n
    • Engage directly with key customers through in-person meetings<\/li>\n
    • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Distributor Network Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Oversee a nationwide distributor network, including territory planning and performance management<\/li>\n
      • Set and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets<\/li>\n
      • Recruit, onboard, and develop new distribution partners as needed<\/li>\n
      • Manage channel conflicts and optimize go-to-market coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Organization Building<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Strengthen the sales organization through talent development and strategic hiring<\/li>\n
        • Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented sales culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • 10+ years of sales experience in manufacturing or distribution, preferably in pressroom consumables or related fields<\/li>\n
          • Proven experience selling consumable products within the printing industry<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated leadership managing a national sales team (5+ members)<\/li>\n
          • Strong track record of building and leading KPI-driven direct sales organizations<\/li>\n
          • Experience working with large, national printing companies<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Hands-on experience managing distributor networks<\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Experience in UV ink sales within the U.S. market<\/li>\n
            • Experience working with or within Japanese organizations<\/li>\n
            • Background in trading companies, business planning, or consulting<\/li>\n
            • Senior-level leadership experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
