🔍 What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a Tax Senior Manager<\/strong>, you will be a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within the firm:<\/p>\n

  • Lead U.S. federal & state tax compliance for corporate and individual clients<\/li>\n
  • Manage cross-border tax matters, especially Japan\u2013U.S. coordination<\/li>\n
  • Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff<\/li>\n
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key client relationships<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors<\/li>\n
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to advisory projects<\/li>\n
  • Support M&A tax due diligence<\/strong>, including exposure analysis and structuring considerations<\/li>\n
  • Drive business development<\/strong> efforts and expand client relationships<\/li>\n
  • Mentor and develop staff while fostering a high-performance team culture<\/li>\n
  • Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance standards are consistently met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u2705 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • CPA preferred<\/li>\n
    • 10+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in U.S. corporate and individual taxation<\/li>\n
    • Experience with international \/ cross-border tax matters<\/li>\n
    • Background in M&A tax diligence or transaction advisory<\/strong> is a strong plus<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to develop business and win new clients<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead client engagements independently<\/li>\n
    • Japanese language skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
