This position is a consulting-based Business Development role supporting expansion within the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) and life sciences market across North America. The role focuses on leveraging industry expertise and professional networks to identify opportunities, establish relationships, and support early-stage business development initiatives with diagnostics and pharmaceutical companies.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IVD raw materials (e.g., antibodies, antigens, controls), strong B2B sales expertise, and an established network within the diagnostics industry. This is a contract, remote consulting engagement with an initial commitment of approximately 10\u201320 hours per week.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, particularly with raw materials such as antibodies and antigens<\/li>\n
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience with diagnostics or pharmaceutical companies<\/li>\n
  • Established network within the U.S. or North American diagnostics market<\/li>\n
  • Ability to understand both technical and commercial aspects of products and solutions<\/li>\n
  • Experience supporting proposal development and early-stage business strategy<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S. as business needs arise<\/li>\n
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment; may occasionally lift up to 10\u201315 lbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

    • Identify and engage diagnostics manufacturers and key stakeholders across North America<\/li>\n
    • Build relationships with procurement, R&D, and technical decision-makers<\/li>\n
    • Generate leads, facilitate introductions, and secure initial client meetings<\/li>\n
    • Support development and alignment of proposals based on customer needs<\/li>\n
    • Provide advisory support during early-stage deal development<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate technical discussions between clients and internal teams<\/li>\n
    • Track progress of business opportunities and maintain ongoing client engagement<\/li>\n
    • Support cross-border communication and collaboration with global teams<\/li>\n
    • Occasional business trips as needed<\/li>\n
