As a Sales & Licensing Associate<\/strong>, you\u2019ll drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns<\/strong> across North America. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with globally recognized virtual talents and leading brands.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

💼 What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Identify and develop new partnership & licensing opportunities<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Create compelling sales pitches and promotional concepts<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate on content execution<\/strong> (streams, videos, campaigns)<\/li>\n
  • Manage cross-functional projects across legal, finance, and talent teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Support deal negotiation and execution<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    🎯 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in entertainment, gaming, or digital media<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong project management & stakeholder coordination skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to translate brand goals into creative campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Passion for VTubers, anime, or Japanese pop culture<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bonus Points:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Japanese language skills<\/li>\n
      • Existing network in marketing agencies or entertainment industry<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with Japanese IP or licensing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/p>\n

        💰 Compensation & Benefits<\/h3>\n

        • $70,000 \u2013 $90,000 base + bonus<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, Paid Holidays<\/li>\n
