As part of the Semiconductor team, the Procurement &amp; Logistics Specialist supports inventory control, shipping\/receiving, and procurement operations.<\/p>\n<p>This role manages the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, maintains accurate inventory in SAP, and ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inventory &amp; SAP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Process work orders and generate purchase orders in SAP\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and location tracking\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support physical inventory\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate stocking and re-order levels\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping, Receiving &amp; Logistics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Receive, inspect, tag, and store materials; post inventory receipts\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including freight scheduling and tracking\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Select carriers and methods based on cost, urgency, and reliability\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Handle returns and outbound shipments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procurement &amp; Vendor Coordination<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Communicate with suppliers on order status, lead times, and discrepancies\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure competitive pricing\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support procurement and vendor management activities\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maintain shipping and inventory reports; generate month-end reports\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Organize warehouse and inventory areas for efficient handling\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with general logistics support and serve as Shipping\/Receiving backup\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associates degree with 2+ years of relevant experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong SAP or ERP experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with domestic and international logistics coordination\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, HTS codes, dangerous goods as applicable)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
