A global engineering-related organization supporting large-scale industrial construction projects. The role supports onsite operations for a major semiconductor manufacturing project.<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This role provides administrative and coordination support to a design team on a large industrial project. It is not a technical engineering position. The focus is on communication, documentation, and coordination between U.S. and Japan-based teams. The position requires full-time onsite presence and strong bilingual communication skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Support design team operations and day-to-day coordination<\/li>\n
  • Organize and manage drawings, documents, and project data<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate meetings, including Japanese\u2013English interpretation and note-taking<\/li>\n
  • Track project tasks and support progress reporting<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Prepare internal presentations and support materials<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external vendors and respond to inquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Japanese and English bilingual (expert level)<\/li>\n
    • Strong demonstrated communication ability<\/li>\n
    • Strong coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work fully onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience working in or with Japanese companies<\/li>\n
      • 3+ years of professional work experience<\/li>\n
      • Experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles<\/li>\n
      • Exposure to AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or similar tools (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
