🚀 Quality Engineer | Drive Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer<\/strong> to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence processes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

🔍 What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA)<\/strong> and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Monitor and improve production processes to ensure consistent product quality<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain<\/strong> teams to resolve quality issues<\/li>\n
  • Conduct internal audits<\/strong> and support customer and external audits<\/li>\n
  • Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends<\/strong> to identify improvement opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI)<\/strong> activities including PFMEA and Control Plans<\/li>\n
  • Review and approve inspection plans and test procedures<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Partner with suppliers on quality performance, including SCARs<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)<\/strong> and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20137+ years<\/strong> of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment<\/li>\n
    • Experience in semiconductor, robotics, or automation industries<\/strong> is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in:\n
        \n
      • Root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone<\/strong>)<\/li>\n
      • Statistical analysis \/ SPC<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Excel and quality tools\/software<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \u2b50 Nice to Have<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt<\/strong>)<\/li>\n
        • Experience in supplier quality and audit processes<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of electromechanical assemblies or robotics systems<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
