Role Overview<\/p>\n
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing large institutional accounts and Centers of Excellence treating Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). The role focuses on driving product access, adoption, and long-term relationships across dermatology and neurology practices in the Northeast.<\/p>\n

MUST<\/strong>\u2011<\/strong>HAVE Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Manage large institutional and specialty accounts, including Centers of Excellence<\/p>\n Develop and execute regional and account strategies aligned with launch goals<\/p>\n Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and purchasing teams<\/p>\n Drive product pull\u2011<\/span>through, access, and utilization<\/p>\n Collaborate cross\u2011<\/span>functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access<\/p>\n Deliver product and formulary presentations to healthcare professionals<\/p>\n Maintain accurate CRM data and report on KPIs and account performance<\/p>\n Travel extensively within the assigned region<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n MUST\u2011<\/span>HAVE Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> 7+ years pharmaceutical \/ biotech \/ life sciences experience<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Experience managing institutional or large specialty accounts<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Strong understanding of FDA \/ PhRMA compliance<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Knowledge of reimbursement and market access<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Proven strategic account planning and execution skills<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Excellent communication and presentation abilities<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Willingness to travel 60\u201370% overnight<\/p>\n \u2705<\/span> Ability to work cross\u2011<\/span>functionally and lead without authority<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Strongly Preferred (Not Required)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Rare disease experience<\/p>\n Dermatology or neurology background<\/p>\n Product launch experience<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
