Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Supervisor to support our sales team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role enables sales managers to focus on revenue-generating activities by ensuring smooth internal processes and accurate data management.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sales Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Maintain and update Microsoft Business Central (accounts, contacts, opportunities)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure data accuracy and track sales activities<\/li>\n
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Administrative & Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Coordinate meetings, product demos, and client communications<\/li>\n
    • Process orders and manage internal handoffs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cross-Functional Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams<\/li>\n
      • Support onboarding of new clients (customer registration)<\/li>\n
      • Follow up on internal deliverables and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Support stabilization of existing business operations<\/li>\n
        • Standardize templates, workflows, and documentation<\/li>\n
        • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
          • Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n

          • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n
          • Ability to learn Microsoft Business Central<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Education & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n
            • 2\u20133 years of experience in sales support or customer service<\/li>\n
            • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
