It is well known in the industry for manufacturing the most reliable equipment used in the production of semiconductor wafers and has won high marks year after year for its equipment reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Job Summary<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">The Global Mobility Administrator is responsible for managing end-to-end expatriate administration, including visa processing, payroll coordination, housing and transportation support, tax compliance assistance, and relocation logistics. This role acts as a key partner between expatriates, finance, payroll, and vendors to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a smooth employee experience throughout the assignment lifecycle.\u00a0Salary Range: $70,000 &#8211; $100,000.\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Fluency in both English and Japanese is required for this role.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Immigration &amp; Compliance<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage new visa applications, renewals, and status changes for expatriate employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track and manage visa expiration dates and update records in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain expatriate compliance with immigration, labor, and company requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain emergency contact information for expatriates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Payroll &amp; Compensation<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collect and manage employee work time data, ensuring accurate input into required forms and systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform bi-weekly payroll calculations and coordinate closely with Payroll Division.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage settlement of salary and bonuses with Japan headquater.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Tax &amp; Financial Administration<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate personal tax declarations with KPMG.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collect and organize required data for tax returns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support expatriates with tax-related documentation and timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Relocation, Travel Logistics<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Arrange flight bookings for temporary return leave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate hotel, rental car, and limousine arrangements for new expatriates and executive-level business travelers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support onboarding and information delivery for newly assigned expatriates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Housing &amp; Transportation<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Oversee company housing management, including:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Payment instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Contract review and approval<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lease renewals, cancellations, and deposit collection<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ongoing follow-ups with vendors and landlords<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage company-owned vehicle administration, including:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">New vehicle arrangements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Renewals and cancellations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Pre- and post-introduction support<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communication with Japan Headquater<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track and follow up on expatriate health checkups.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate and manage global surveys and trainings (Heats, SVA, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage arrangements related to signing (contracts, assignment documents, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Specific projects as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Job Requirements<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Knowledge of visa processes, payroll coordination, and relocation practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong organizational skills and attention to details.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong communication skills (fluent in both English and Japanese).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Education &amp;
