Summary of the Position:<\/h3>\n

This position supports both sales and operational functions to ensure smooth order processing, customer communication, and logistics coordination. The role will work closely with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, and counterparts in Japan.<\/p>\n

Depending on experience and team needs, responsibilities may lean more toward sales support or operations\/logistics support.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support customer communication regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries<\/li>\n
  • Assist with order entry, quotes, invoices, and sales documentation<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment<\/li>\n
  • Assist with trade shows, events, and customer presentations<\/li>\n
  • Support basic marketing-related tasks such as materials preparation and social media updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Operations & Logistics Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and manage shipping documents and logistics records<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, and carriers<\/li>\n
    • Support inventory tracking and supply chain activities<\/li>\n
    • Update operational data in internal systems and spreadsheets<\/li>\n
    • Assist in resolving routine shipping or logistics issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Coordinate with teams in Japan and internal departments<\/li>\n
      • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/h3>\n

        Qualifications<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Prior experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or administrative roles<\/li>\n
        • Business-level English required; Japanese is preferred<\/li>\n
        • Strong communication and coordination skills<\/li>\n
        • Detail-oriented with good organizational ability<\/li>\n
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
