  • Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Use data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and build actionable solutions<\/li>\n
  • Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements<\/li>\n
  • Design scalable workflows and maintain structured documentation<\/li>\n
  • Proactively track project progress, flag risks, and communicate with stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to operational initiatives and cross-functional projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    💡 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, visualization)<\/li>\n
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently drive solutions<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams<\/li>\n
    • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies<\/li>\n
    • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for problem-solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • 3+ years in application development or system engineering (Python, JavaScript, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Google Apps Script (GAS) for automation<\/li>\n
      • SQL skills (BigQuery is a plus)<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with CRM\/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)<\/li>\n
      • Background in business process mapping and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
