Summary of the Position<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A global entertainment company is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives across North America and Latin America.<\/p>\n

This role focuses on social media, promotional campaigns, and event-based marketing activities to drive brand awareness and support licensed content and merchandise. The position will work closely with internal teams, international stakeholders, and external partners.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Plan and support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness<\/li>\n
  • Manage and assist with social media and experiential marketing activities<\/li>\n
  • Analyze trends and insights to support marketing strategies<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and support cross-promotional initiatives with partners<\/li>\n
  • Track distribution and licensing plans as needed<\/li>\n
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials<\/li>\n
  • Attend and support industry events and conventions (approximately 3 times per year)<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to obtain approvals<\/li>\n
  • Review and support marketing asset approvals from third-party partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience<\/li>\n
    • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of Japanese business culture<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technical Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business needs<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work at industry events and conventions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
