🌟 What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As CFO, you will lead all aspects of Finance & Accounting while acting as a strategic advisor to the business:<\/p>\n

  • Own end-to-end financial operations including accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and reporting<\/li>\n
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Japan HQ reporting (J-SOX)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, performance, and decision-making<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Lead audits, tax, and regulatory matters while managing risk and internal controls<\/li>\n
  • Oversee cross-border financial reporting, including transfer pricing and HQ communications<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team<\/li>\n
  • Drive process improvements, systems optimization, and automation initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    🎯 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 10+ years of progressive finance\/accounting experience, including leadership roles<\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, J-SOX, and cross-border finance operations<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English<\/strong> (essential)<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with Japan HQ or global organizations preferred<\/li>\n
    • Background in consumer products, licensing, or royalty-driven business is a plus<\/li>\n
    • CPA or equivalent certification preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
